Hey, this is Dino. I am the Training Director of Team Ruthless. I am here with T.

J who is my boxing coach over Team Ruthless in Manassas. We are going to show you a couple of easy drills that you can do with a good pair of Hand Pads, very essential boxing equipment for anybody that is working punches. What we are going to do is to just going to get in to stance. I am going to put a target up, he is going to strike that target as hard as he can, getting his hand back into position, right. He is going to throw a jab or a number 1 punch. 1, double 1, 1, double 1, alright. Now, we are going to add to that, we are going to add a straight right hand which is a 2. So, I am going to tell him 1-2 and this is what he is going to give me, again, again, again, again, alright.

Now, we are going to add to that a hook, a left hook. So, I am going to call for a 1-2-3 and this is what T.

J is going to give me, again, again, again, alright. So, after you have worked the 1, the 1-2, the 1-2-3, you can make your boxer do a little extra work, so here is my 30 seconds drill, this is how it goes, 1, 1-2, 1-2-3, 1-2-3-2, 1-2, 2-3, 1-2, 1, 1, 1, 1-2-3, again, again, alright, 1-2, 1-2-3-3. Here we go, try it again, call load up on that three, there we go, 1-2-3, 1-2, 1, 1. So, you see you can vary it up a bit, make a move around, he is breathing a little heavy, I am breathing a little heavy. It is a good exercise for both coach and for boxer, thanks.
