Hi my name is Dale Roberts; I am with the Java Shack in Arlington, Virginia. Today I am going be to showing you how to brew coffee. I am showing you how to make an Espresso, Caf Americano, a Cappucino, a Caf Latte, Caf Mocha and we are going to do special Mint Mocha. The tools you will need are an Espresso machine, a coffee grinder, a stinging pitcher, stinging thermometer, 0:46 with toping, fresh Crown Coffee and 0:52. Before we get started let me introduce myself, my name is Dale Roberts, I own the Java Shack in Arlington, Virginia, that in business since 1996 for twelve years been making coffee drinks here, loves coffee for about 25 years.
