Add about two teaspoons of chocolate into the bottom under the Espresso machine. Pour the shots of Espresso. Heat the milk once again to 140 degrees and when it gets to 140, set it down, let it rest. Stir the chocolate into the Espresso. Pour the milk into the coffee. Hi, my name is Dale Roberts; I am with the Java Shack in Arlington, Virginia. Today I am showing you how coffee beverages. Next, I will be showing you how to make Caf Mocha. Starting with your potter filter, once again using Fresh ground Espresso, you are going to fill your potter filter, packing to approximately fifty pounds and making sure, it is packed nice and firmly. Stirring the potter filter into the Espresso machine, we are going to add the chocolate first. We add about two teaspoons chocolate into the bottom to that under the Espresso machine, once again getting the milk steaming. Steaming the milk to 140 at the same time we are steaming the milk. We will be pouring the shots of the Espresso; once again you should only hear a slight hissing sound from time to time otherwise no sound at all should be coming. Milk should swirl into your pitcher. You are going to Heat the milk once again to 140 degrees and gets to 140, set it down, let it rest. The espresso starts are done purling; we are going to stir up the chocolate into the Espresso. This is mostly steamed milk with a lightly froth on it, pouring the milk into the coffee. That is the Caf Mocha. One additional thing you can do for Caf Mocha is to add whipped topping and you can dress it up nicely, a white layer of whipped topping at a drizzle, chocolate sauce on top. This is a Caf Mocha, Next I will be showing you how to brew coffee.
