Coffee - How to Make a Mint Mocha

Ingredients

Espresso
Chocolate syrup
Frosted mint syrup
Steamed milk

Instructions

Fill your porter basket with fresh ground espresso, tamp once again to 50 pounds of pressure. Insert into the Espresso machine and add a dash of chocolate sauce and the Frosted Mint Syrup. We are going to steam the milk to 140 degrees, at the same time pour the sauce into the Espresso. Once the milk gets to 140 degrees, take it out, let the milk rest a bit. Stir the ingredients, this is the frosted mint, the chocolate and the Espresso. Pour the milk and add a nice sprig of fresh Mint.

Hi, my name is Dale Roberts; I am with the Java Shack in Arlington, Virginia. Today, I am showing you how to make coffee beverages. Next, I will be showing you how to make some special tea drinks. First, we will do a Frosted Mint Mocha, just for the winter season. Taking your porter filter, once again using fresh ground Espresso. Fill your porter basket, tamp once again to 50 pounds of pressure. Insert into the Espresso machine this time, I have the chocolate sauce, we will add a dash of the Frosted Mint Syrup. We are going to steam the milk to 140 degrees, at the same time pouring the sauce to the Espresso. Once the milk gets to 140 degrees, take it out, let the milk rest a bit. Shot should finish, we are going to stir the ingredients, this is the frosted mint, the chocolate and the Espresso. Pour the milk for the nice layer of -- with topping on top and as an added touch, we will add a nice sprig of fresh Mint. There is your Frosted Mint Mocha.
