Host: How can I incorporate activities that make me feel centered and grounded?

Ria Moore Benedict: Well, meditation is my top choice for that. Lot of people like to sit in meditation with their legs crossed, I personally prefer turning on my back with my heels together feet together, hands out, palms facing upward and just think about something pleasant for me. Sometimes it will be the color blue, sometimes it will be my favorite place, the beach but whatever it is, make it something that s goods for.

You can even think of a word, picture, hovering over your head like the word peace, or the word love. Other activities include walking, yoga or just exercising in general. Basically, the idea is that you want to engage yourself in activities that help you to focus on you. That way you feel more centered afterwards, you feel more grounded, you feel more peaceful, your body will be more relaxed and you will be a grounded person.
