How to Play Sudoku

This video series will show how to play Sudoku. Mathematician Laura Taalman from Brainfreeze Puzzles explains how to solve Sudoku puzzles. If you've ever had trouble starting (or finishing!) a Sudoku puzzle, this video is for you; we'll walk through the solution to a Sudoku puzzle step-by-step from beginning to end. Intermediate Sudoku players can also learn something new here, as we cover the basic Sudoku solving techniques of one-choice, one-place, scanning, and double-scanning. This series of clips starts with an overview of the rules of Sudoku and a discussion of whether or not you should "guess" when solving a puzzle, continues with solving techniques, and then finishes with a complete solution to the puzzle. If you'd like to play along, you can download and print the puzzle from this video at www.brainfreezepuzzles.com.
