Makeup Tips - Applying Eye Shadow Color

Tu-Anh :Hi there, my name is Tu-Anh and I am going to show you how to create Smokey eyes. Same thing, this is a better brush to do it or if you have a smaller brush that is fine too, but the all over eye shadow brush is not going to give you this. The next thing I am going to do is I am actually going to go back to my all over eye shadow brush and I am going to get the color lightly, I am going to even it out.
