Transcripts
Steve Duckett: My name is Steve Duckett. I am an attorney in Fairfax, Virginia; I have been practicing in criminal and traffic law for the last ten-years, primarily in Northern Virginia, but in other places throughout the commonwealth. I have not practiced in interstate so the words that you are going to hear today about speeding tickets are going to apply primarily in Virginia, although many states do have similar laws. As always, with any legal advice you have to understand that this is not something that I can provide because you are not my client and just because you are sitting there and watching this. However these should be good guidelines to help you get out of speeding tickets.
