Host: If I have poor credit from too many late Payments, how do I start repairing my credit?

Markita Aldridge: Well, the first thing you are going to want to do is to contact the creditors. Many times when that happens and we have paid late, we tend to stop communicating with them. The best thing you can do is try to set a some type of payment plan, also to have a budget to start with the lowest account that you have and start making extra payments there versus trying to tackle the bigger account first. So, the one thing you have to do though, you have to contact the creditors versus to shying away from speaking with them about the accounts.
