Host: If not, what do I need to do to my credit report to reflect the new balances accurately?

Markita Aldridge-Woods: To reflect a new balance accurately, that letter is going to be the key because you can show the money order receipts or the canceled checks, maybe to a lender in a personal situation, but when you send therein a documentation to be corrected on your credit reporting, then you want to show that, circle the item that s wrong, but you also want to attach any prove that you have. Now, that proof could again be the canceled check or the money order receipt. However, the best thing is going to be the letter from the company, stating what the action should be taken.
