Host: How do I know if I have eaten enough?

Jeannette Bessinger: Technically it takes about 20 minutes for this, a tidy signal to move from your belly to your brain when you are eating your food. When that signal hits, there are several different things that you can look forward. They are very subtle. The taste of your food will start to diminish a little bit.

So that you ever notice how the first bite of your food tastes the best, but after you begin to eat the meal a little bit, the sensation will diminish just slightly and that s telling you that you are coming to the point where you might beginning satisfied. There is a gentle pressure sometimes around solar plexus area. Not a huge fullness or you can t bend over and pickup your napkin but it's a polite sensation.
