Host: How do I know if I am over stressed?

Jeannette Bessinger: The symptoms are a little bit different for everyone but typically you will start to notice, a kind of a burn out beginning to happen. You might notice that you are less patient with typical jobs at work. You might notice that you are less patient with the people in your family. You might notice some physical symptoms. You can get tension headaches. You can feel tightness, chronic tightness in your necks or in your shoulders. Sometimes you can actually have more extreme problems like back spasms or even migraine headaches. Some people feel the consequences of stress in their digestive system. We can end up that having more heartburn. We can end that was irritable bowel syndrome. These kinds of things are just indications that we are getting to the point where we need to think about de-stressing our systems.
