Eletta Hansen: Tell your visitors to smoke outside. Do not allow smoking in your home, do not allow smoking in your car and to be extra careful, if you can ask people in the household who smoke to actually wear a smoking jacket. Remember the third hand smoke the toxins. If you can wear a cover outside take it off, wash your hands before handling the children and those are even greater steps toward prevention, preventing the damage to children from smoking.
