Host: What if I relapse and start smoking again?

Eletta Hansen: The important thing is to recommit. Remember why you decided to quit smoking. Many people relapse, remember, only about 7% of people are successful the first time, it does not mean that you can not be, but neither does it mean you should be discouraged that there is a relapse. Think again, how important, how confident and how ready am I to change? Think about why you decided to stop smoking, get back on track, you can do it.
