    Wow! I am really impressed with this series of videos! They were clear, and gave a great overview of self-defense for women from the a very holistic perspective. It helped to reinforce what I already know, and I learned new things too! It is a video series I will recommend highly to all. I strongly suggest you take the time to watch every one of them. Sarah T of 5 Smooth Stones self-defense has been teaching conflict resolution and self defense since 1995. Most of her hundreds of students are teenagers in high-crime environments and women survivors of abusive relationships.
