Host: What is the sixth commandment of goal setting?

Gary Ryan Blair: The sixth commandment is thou shall involve others. What everyone has to realize is no goal is achieved in a vacuum. In order for you just to enjoy something as simple as an apple at a supermarket, the number of hands that has gone through from the person who has first, put the seed in the ground, someone who fertilize it, someone who picked it, the truck driver who drove it over to the store and finally someone who put it on the shelf, that the simplest act involves an accumulation of hands, participation by a number of parties.

So, it's so important for people to embrace, 18 mentality, if you will and determine, who else is going to be involved, in achieving this goal. How, can I get them to buy into this dream in this concept and then find a way with which to make this a win-win for everybody and show them what their personal benefits is going to be as well.
