When Gary speaks and writes, he does so from the heart, with warmth and humor. His unique gift is to speak to an audience and communicate with the heart of each person as if they were alone having an important, intimate conversation. A polished storyteller, he has a way of making the seemingly complex, easy to understand.

Gary, his wife Erika, son Ryan, and daughter Libby live in Tampa, Florida with their two wonder-dogs Beefcake and Pork chop.

Host: Who are the best team members?

Gary Ryan Blair: The best team members are the people who actually buy into the dream. There is an old saying, we have all heard this, 'Don't drink the Kool-Aid', but in actuality, that is exactly what you want. You want people who bought into the dream, people who are drinking the same Kool-Aid, who have similar values and so forth and what I mean by values is this, when you think about the best teams, the best families, the best marriages, the best partnerships, we've all heard that opposites attract and there is not a shred of truth to that.

What works best in a marriage and a partnership and a team are similarities and what you need and what you should look for in team members is a similarity of values. When you have that, things will work more harmoniously and you will get more done and you'll enjoy the process that much more.
