When Gary speaks and writes, he does so from the heart, with warmth and humor. His unique gift is to speak to an audience and communicate with the heart of each person as if they were alone having an important, intimate conversation. Host: What are the best types or rewards that people should set for themselves?
Gary Ryan Blair: There's a lot of different way to look at rewards. I recommend strongly, that you find rewards that are going to be functional, something that you are going to use, something that you are going to wear. They don't have to be expensive, but it could a very nice pen, maybe a cross pen, a mob long pen and every time that you put or should we say, write with that pen, you are going to remind yourself of work that you put into it. Maybe it's a nice suit, maybe it's a blouse, could be a tie, could be a pair of shoes, it could be anything along those lines and every time you wear and lace them off or put on that blouse or whatever, once again you are going to remind yourself of the feeling, you can't get away from it.
So, I believe that your reward should have highly functional value. Some, usability component to it. So, it's going to be continuous reminder that no one can ever take away from you and that really isn't. It's a wonderful thing for you to do for yourself.
