Host: How do you stay motivated when difficulty strikes?

Gary Ryan Blair: Difficulty is going to strike at any moment. So you don't know when it is but you have to prepared for it. One of the best ways to do it is look at an old saying where people say you have to keep the dream alive, you have to keep the goal alive. Well, that's really misunderstood. The thing you have to be keep alive is the fire, is the fuel, is the reason why. So that's how people -- is you have to keep the why alive and you do that for repetition, you do it for reinforcement and you do it for renewal. A good example, I have a home up in the Adirondacks in New York and we have got a great big fire place and if I do not continue to toss a log in that fire and keep that fire burning that fire is going to go out. It is going to be cold, it's going to very cold when we wake up in the morning especially in a winter morning. It is essential that in order to keep the house burning and keep it bright and keep everybody warm is I every once in a while I go and toss a log in the fire. We need to that from a motivational standpoint. We need to remind ourself as to why we are doing this that really is the key. 1
