Host: How difficult is it to get into a private high school?

Andrew Battaile: For the most part private schools unlike public schools can choose who they want to have come to their school. So it can be difficult. At Gonzaga there are three applications for every spot available, so it's competitive. Some private high schools have more applicants than others. It's definitely a competitive process at a vast majority of public schools. So you should be ready to have your son or your daughter be prepared for any kind of possibility in terms of a decision from the school.
