Bread:

3 cups of flour
2 cups of organic yogurt
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of tarragon
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of dried cilantro
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of baking soda
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of butter
1/3 cup of maple syrup


Worm salad:

Basil
Parsley
Oregano
Thyme
Rosemary
Frozen corn
Butter
Black beans
French lentils
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil


Sweet potato fries:

2 sweet potatoes
Olive oil
2 teaspoons of salt
Coconut milk


Artichokes:

2 artichokes
1/2 cup of clarified butter
1/2 cup of lemon juice


Lemon ice:

Crushed ice
3/4 cup of lemon juice
3/4 cup of maple syrup


Crispy Kale:

Curly Kale
Dinosaur Kale
1 tablespoon of salt
Olive oil

We have been putting together a fun finger-food party all morning, so, we have got it all laid out, we have got the fun tablecloths, we have all the finger food laid out.
