Artichoke-dip is a must have it ant gathering. Serve it warm with assortment of veggies and crackers. First drain and finely chopped one can of artichoke hearts or use a food processor. Next, mix the artichoke with three of quarters of a cup of Hellman Mayonnaise, and three quarters of a cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dip into an oven proof pan and heat it in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. It is that easy. Artichoke Dip. It is an old favorite. Try it with steamed Artichoke leaves. Go to www.
