Host: Sweet potato puff with a crunchy praline topping is the perfect side dish to serve with roasted turkey. First, start by cooking three medium sweet potatoes and then peeling and placing in a mixer bowl with a flat beater, turn to speed two and add half a cup of milk, a third of a cup of sugar, two eggs, two tablespoons of butter, half a teaspoon of nutmeg and half a teaspoon of cinnamon and continue to mix for one minute. Butter a casserole dish and pour in the sweet potato mixture. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Now, you can prepare the crunchy praline topping. In a bowl add two tablespoons of melted butter, three quarters of a cup of cornflake cereal, half a cup of chopped walnuts or pecans and a quarter of a cup of firmly packed brown sugar and mix. Now, take this topping and spread it over the sweet potatoes, bake covered with tin foil for about 20 minutes. Then remove the foil for the last ten minutes of cooking, so you get a nice crunchy top.
