Spicy Apple stuffed squash is the perfect side dish on any festive holiday table. First pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees, next have an acorn squash and remove the seeds. Grease the baking dish, place the half skin side up in the dish, bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, peel, core and slice an apple. Next, in a mixing bowl, combine an eighth of the teaspoon of ground cinnamon and eighth of teaspoon of nutmeg and a dash of cloves, plus two tablespoons of brown sugar and two teaspoons of melted butter, stir to mix well and add the apple slices, turning them to coat them with sauce. Turn the cut sides of the acorn squash up and fill them with apple mixture, cover and bake for 30 minutes or until the apples are tender. Spicy Apple stuffed squash, yeah baby. Go to www.
