Brussel-sprouts with Hot Orange sauce is a sweet green mix for a gorgeous presentation on the side of any holiday plate. Start by cleaning ten to twelve, Brussel-sprouts by trimming the ends and taking of the outer leaves. Cut the sprouts in half and then boil or steam them for about five minutes until they soften. Drain and leave those. Now, melt one table spoon of butter in a skillet and add the blanched Brussel sprouts, a quarter tea spoon of ground ginger and season with salt and pepper.
