First, to a medium 2-Quart Sauce pan, add three cups of cranberries and three quarters of a cup of water. Bring that to a simmer, while simmering, the cranberries will start to pop. Next, add the sugar and simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Make this cranberry sauce, the day before and store it in a container, in the refrigerator.
