Yorkshire-pudding popovers Yorkshire pudding is an English side dish that is traditionally served as roast beef, but do not let the name fool you. It is not a pudding at all but a gorgeous fluffy muffin. First pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees, start by chopping one tablespoon of chives, combine this with one cup of flour, a quarter teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of Thyme. In a separate bowl, whisk two eggs with one cup of milk, gradually add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and whisk until it is smooth. This can be refrigerated for up to one hour as desired. Butter the bottoms of the muffin pan and then fill each one half way with batter. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until puffed and golden. Yorkshire pudding, serve these popovers delights when they still piping hot. Go to www.
