Pull apart rolls are really fun to put together but there are even more fun to a pull apart. First in a mixer bowl, add one packet of active dry yeast and dissolve in one cup of warm water and a pinch of sugar until bubbles start to form around the edges about six to nine minutes. Now, add a quarter cup of melted butter, two cups of flour, two tablespoons of sugar, one-and-a-half teaspoons of salt, a quarter teaspoon of thyme, a quarter teaspoon of oregano, and a quarter teaspoon of dill, and turn to speed two and mix for one minute or until everything is well blended.

Now, continue at speed two and one-and-half cups of flour in half a cup increments and mix for about two minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a bowl and cover it. Set the bowl aside in a warm place and let it rise for about an hour or until it doubles in size. Now, punch the dough down. Make sure you flour your work surface and rolling pin and roll the dough into a small disk. Divide the disk into six even wedges. Divide each wedge into six even pieces and roll those pieces into thirty six small balls. Place three balls into each cup of a greased muffin pan. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes or until it doubles in size. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Brush with melted butter and bake for 15 to 20 minutes and then cool on a wire rack. Pull apart rolls helps you make a festive meal even more celebratory. Go to holidaykitchen.
