Left over turkey, here is the best left over ever Waldorf-salad. First, make this classic yoghurt dressing. In a large bowl, mix half-a-cup of plain yoghurt, three table spoons of Hellman's Mayonnaise, three table spoons of cider vinegar, one table spoon of sugar and an eight of the teaspoon of ground black pepper. Blend all these ingredients together. Now, in same bowl, combine two cups of the cooked pasta, half a cup of coarsely chopped walnuts, two cups of shredded or diced turkey, two cups of sliced celery, two cups of unpeeled chopped apples and gently fold together to coat the roily with dressing.
