Chocolate-Chip-Waffles are sweet treat for breakfast or a great dessert. In a large bowl, combine two cups of flour, one cup of chocolate chips, two teaspoons of granulated sugar, one tablespoon baking powder, half-a-teaspoon salt and half-a-teaspoon of cinnamon. Add one and two-thirds cup of milk, a third a cup of butter and two eggs and mix until moistened. Some lumps may remain. Set the pre-heated waffle baker timer to 3 minutes and 45 seconds, spread one cup of batter into the top side of the waffle baker. Close the top and rotate the baker, fill the second side of baker and rotate the baker again. Start the timer, when the signal sounds, remove the first waffle, remove the second waffle, repeat with remaining batter. Serve immediately with syrup, while they are still warm. Go to www.
