Chocolate-Pot-de-Crme is a grown up version of an age old favorite. Fancy chocolate pudding. Start by placing one cup of chocolate chips and a quarter cup of egg substitute with half a teaspoon of vanilla into your kitchen aid blender. Now scald three quarters of a cup of half and half in a medium sauce pan, just until bubbles from around the edge. Then pour the cream over the chip mixture and blend on liquefy for 20-25 seconds or until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture into four small cups and refrigerate until set about four to six hours. Chocolate-Pot-de-Crme is wonderful served with fresh whipped cream and berries. Go to www.

holidaykitchen.

tv for a cornucopia of delicious video recipes.
