This chocolate pecan-pie is a sweet twist on the classic pecan pie. First place four eggs, one cup of sugar and one cup of dark corn syrup into a mixer bowl attached with flat beater. Turn to speed six for one minute, then stop and scrape the bowl reduce the speed to four and gradually add three squares of melted unsweetened chocolate. Beat for one minute until it is well blended, reduce the speed to stir and add two cups of pecan halves. Now, pour the mixture into an unbaked pie pastry in an un-greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until it is slightly soft in the center, serve this chocolate pecan-pie with dollop of whipped cream. Go to www.
