Ed Bales: Boot Camp is usually some type of military accord. It's usually run out of a military camp ground or base that gives an inmate the opportunity to either reduce his sentence, have some type of reward system placed for the inmate for completing Boot camp. It's usually in a younger based population that has more of a chance for what they called reciticism, going back into prison.
