Host: What is Home Confinement?

Ed Bales: Home Confinement is a period of time once either you are released from a Halfway House or released from the prison system where you actually stay home and serve the balance of your sentence that you may have left. You are able to go out to work. You are also able to go to doctors, appointments, religious activities but you are very confined to what you can do outside of that scope.
