Ed Bales: Yes, an Expedited pardon is something that rarely granted. It's usually signed by the President of the United States and a very good example is Richard Nixon, President of United States impeached and Gerald Ford signed an Expedited pardon so that Richard Nixon will not have to go into the prison system.
