Marie Guaragna: Hi! I am Marie Guaragna-Beirne with MGB Special Events in Arlington, Virginia. Today, I have been showing you how to make a delicious romantic dinner for two for Valentine's Day and this is how we are going to make our whipped cream for our delicious strawberry desert and this is what we are going to need started.

We have about a cup of whipped cream, about a quarter cup of sugar, about a teaspoon of almond extract. We got a bowl and we got a mixer. So we are just going to make the whipped cream. Start in by putting in our liquids; put our cream and I am going to go ahead and throw in our almond extract and we are going to whip this till we get nice folds going at a low speed to start out with because you don't want to go everywhere. Move the bowl around. This is the noisy part of our dessert and you are going to see that it's going to gradually start coming up, getting thicker and thicker and as it does I am going to go ahead and slowly fold in our sugar. Now, the almond extract is clearly just something I decided to throw in, I just thought it will make it somewhat more special for Valentine. You certainly don't have to do it, but it gives a nice flavor on that whipped cream. You could use any other flavor too. Alright; you can see, it is starting to get grow a little bit. Getting a little peaky, so I am going to throw in a little bit of our sugar, just a little bit at a time. Now, you don't want to overdo with cream because if you do it too much, you are going to have butter. You see it's getting nice folds. See how nice that looks and if you could smell it, I don't know if you like almonds, but it smells wonderful. Alright, quiet; and there you go. If you have little ones around that can lick these beaters. Okay. Just going to make sure; oh yeah, it looks perfect.

Now, our next and last step is to go ahead and starts assembling our wonderful dessert for two. I will be right back.
