Marie Guaragna: Hi! My name is Marie Guaragna with MGB Special Events in Arlington, Virginia. Today, I have been showing you how to make a delicious romantic dinner for two for your next Valentine's Day. Now, we are at our final step of our entire meal and where we are going to be assembling our delicious strawberry desert and all we are going to need are fresh sliced strawberries, the raspberry sauce that we made earlier and the fresh whipped cream that we made earlier that was infused with almonds and this is the easiest part of the whole thing. Now, we are just going to assemble it. So I've got these pretty little ramekins that are heart shaped. You could use a chocolate edible pie; moulds that they sell, but I saw these and I thought these would be perfect. I am just going to layer this. You could do this any different way where you can dump the strawberries in; put the whip cream on top, isn't that, but I like to -- as long as we make this, I would like to layer it and that way with every bite you get something, taste of all things together. So we are just going to layer that on. Take these strawberries and no wrong way to do this. Just pile them in. We are probably going to end up with the couple of layers here. So be generous with your first layer. So we've got our first layer in and then we get another layer here. Just spread it around and this is a dessert that really is not that much work, but it look likes it a lot of work and it is sure to impress your Valentine. Alright; some more strawberries, get in layer and you could also do this with blueberries and raspberries and any kind of berry. Blackberries look really nice too. Now, for the top portion, I am just going to try to get a nice little dollop right in the center like that and then I am going to take that wonderful raspberry sauce and we can either spin this or we can pour it, but I am just going to go ahead and drizzle it all on top like that. Doesn't that just look pretty? There you have your wonderful very decadent dessert for your Valentine's meal.
