Speaker: How can effective use of body language make us more attractive to others?

Toni Coleman: It can make us more attractive because we are sending -- if we really using it effectively, we are going to be sending out positive and pleasant messages to other people. We can with our bodies let them know that we feel good about ourselves and then we feel good about being with them. We can communicate to them that we are able to handle the situation, even if it's a difficult situation. We can demonstrate some of the things that we are feeling and thinking that are positive and that are helping this relationship to move in the direction that we would like it to move. So, those kinds of message are very important and if we don't pay attention to them and instead find ourselves because of maybe feeling of insecurity about the situation or I am not sure, one of those not sure feeling, we send out a message of, sort of a lack of confidence or message that could interpreted as negative or could be interpreted as something that is basically saying, I don't know how I feel about you; I don't know how do feel about the situation, it's going to work against us.
