Toni Coleman: Hi! I am Toni Coleman and I am a psychotherapist and the dating and relationship coach and today, we are talking about great meeting, dating and relating tips and now, we are going to talk a little bit about how to have an office romance.
Speaker: How prevalent are office romances?
Toni Coleman: Well, office romances depending on who you have talk to, there have been number of different surveys or studies done where people have been told about, if they have work with this before, if so, how often that kind of thing or are they presently working with people who are having one of these relationships and according to this research, it goes anywhere from about some 43% to about 58%. So somewhere in that range is probably the number that best describes the prevalent, but it's very high.
The matter of fact, people tend to meet people to date at work more than the most any other place and it is considered to be a very common occurrence. In many environment, it's actually considered a great way to meet somebody and kind of comes up for young people when they are job hunting that they should be kind of taking note and looking around and seeing who else works there because this is going up end being a lot of their social group and who are where they are they are going to meet people that they can actually date.
