Speaker: Are there some other ways to count carbohydrates?

Kathy Reily: Yes, there are other ways that you can count carbohydrates. There are some food counters or books that would list carbohydrate values for different foods, for restaurant foods and so sometimes if you purchase one of these you are able to look up the food and the portion and how much carbohydrate is in that particular food.
