Host: What if you are a woman and you have not had with someone new in 15 years or more?

Gloria Macdonald: It is tough when we are over 40 and we are out there dating and maybe you have been in a marriage for 15, 25, 30 years and you haven't had sex with a new person in 25 years. Your body isn't the body of a 22 year old. You have got cellulite on the thighs and maybe it is not that pretty of a picture, trust me. I know this one. The fact of the matter is, it has been proven by sexologists in our book 'Laws of the Jungle: Dating for women over forty,' we actually interviewed a doctor, Dr. Terena Reid who is a sexologist and it has been proven that men find women who are confident and feel sexy themselves far more sexually attractive that the woman that is drop-dead gorgeous. So, it doesn't necessarily matter exactly what you look like. Don't try cover up every little wrinkle and crinkle and everything like that. Dim lights are great, maybe have a sexy negligee or something like that, but above all, it is about your confidence and about you feeling sexy about yourself and you have got to shake what your momma gave you.
