Valerie Lucas: Hello, my name is Valerie Lucas. I am with Coup de Foudre Lingerie and today we are discussing how to find a perfect fitting bra. I am going to show you right now how to try on a bra properly. First, you are going to slide your arm into the shoulder straps. Then, you are going to actually clasp the band in the back. Make sure you actually clasp it on the first loosest hook. The reason behind it is that six or eight months from now, you want to make sure that you can actually tighten your bra little further. Next, you are going to adjust the straps on your shoulder on each side. Then, you are going to adjust the straps, make sure that they actually are a little tighter but not too tight. The next thing, it's actually really important is going to make sure that you actually bring the breast in the cup. So, make sure you adjust it with your hand on each side. So, now we are actually ready to discuss how to evaluate how your bra fit.
