    Gloria MacDonald: Again, I am giving you a long list of things to think about here, but I think each one of these things is important and this one is really critical. Have you asked yourself do you want to have children together and how you are going to raise these children? There are huge impacts on the lives of the children and what they will go through. If there is a tension between the two parents in terms of what holidays you are going to celebrate or whose family you are going to spend more time with or what traditions are you going to raise the children with, what religion you are going to raise the children with, what type of schooling they are going to have? So if you are considering having children together, you really, really need to think about how you are going to jointly raise those children and how you are going to bring those children up.
