Trish Muse: Hi, I am Trish Muse. I am a Physical Therapist, Polestar Pilates Practitioner, Wellness Coach and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Today, I will show you how to properly align your posture to prevent injuries in the workplace. From aligning your posture and improving your posture to alleviating neck pain and relieving blackberry thumb, I will show you how to get ergonomically fit and avoid injuries from extended computer use. You will not need any special equipment, just a comfortable upright chair to get started. Before we get in this and any other exercise program please consult with your Physician. Any advice and exercises shown in today's video will not be a substitute for a complete and thorough evaluation or treatment from a Physician or Physical Therapist.

Before we begin, let me tell you a little about myself. I have a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and I am currently completing my Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy. I have over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.

So let's begin so I can show you how to properly align your posture.
