Host: How can I find a real person to talk to about my insurance needs?

Bob Hurley: If you are a self-employed person, you have gone out to the internet, you have learned a little bit about health insurance, you have done some comparisons, but you still a nagging question and you just need to get that answered. Don't buy anything until you get your questions answered.

I would encourage you, if you are at on our website we have an 800 number you call in, you can speak to a licensed health insurance person. They are trained and licensed to help you with your health insurance selection, you can ask them your question and they will get you answer if they don't know it. The good news is they talk to a lot of people everyday and they typically know exactly the kinds of questions that are coming in and they can answer most of those questions right upfront.

So absolutely, don't buy anything until you get those questions answered. If you want to go to a local broker and ask them those questions, do that, but the key message here is until you get those questions answered don't buy a product. You want to know that you are getting a good product from a reputable company that's going to be there when you need it and until you get all those questions answered you don't want to go buying something that may not meet all of those criteria.

So I encourage you to talk to a live person if needed. You can do that on our website but you can also reach out to a local licensed agent as well.
