How to Make Steak Burritos

Ingredients

Refried beans
New York strip steak
Salsa
Flour wraps

Instructions

1. Wrap the steak, refried beans and salsa in a flour wrap. Place the burritos in a pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.


2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and cook the burritos for 20 minutes.

Greg Dumorne: How you are doing? I am Greg.

Les Sauray: I am Les.

Greg Dumorne: Right now we are going to teach you how to make a steak burrito. Steak burrito is pretty easy. The main ingredient is actually the refried beans, which is pretty popular in most Mexican dishes. So basically, right now, we are actually using New York strip, which is a pretty good color steak that I'd like to use, we have to cook these. Add a little bit of salsa, refried beans.

Les Sauray: Of course.

Greg Dumorne: Regular fried beans and the cheese. Hold them up, we are using flour wraps, we are using flour wraps, using the extra big or force down. Pan was already sprayed and then put them in oven for 350 for about 20 minutes. It's been out 20 minutes so now we are going to check on our burritos. Pretty much how you really want to do is let the cheese melt, and make sure that flour tortilla gets a little crispy so we are going to do our knock test. We have the Real Deal Steak Burritos. Coming up next, we are going to step into some Taco salads and soft and hard Tacos.
