Greg Dumorne: How are you doing? I am Greg.

Les Sauray: And I am Les, we are from Real Deal Catering. Today we are doing Mexican food.

Greg Dumorne: And what's more Mexican than Taco's. I don't know, probably tequila. So let's get into this, Tacos. So we are going to make actual Taco Salads, Soft and Hard Tacos, we are going to actually do all that in this segment. So let's start off with the salad.

Les Sauray: This is just some regular lettuce that we already cut up.

Greg Dumorne: So what we have here is actually regular shredded iceberg. Here are some carrots, black beans, corn, onion, slightly diced ground beef; you can use ground turkey, turkey is good, especially if you're a healthy kind. Spread it all on this, cheddar cheese, Guacamole, some cream, and some fried corn tortilla chips. We've got our favorite ingredient, salsa.

Les Sauray: Oh, it looks pretty good.

Greg Dumorne: It's your salad.

Les Sauray: What are we going to do next?

Greg Dumorne: Actually we are going to go into the regular hot shell taco, which pretty much -- you are talking about what you like at home. These are just the tacos that I have, you can use your own toppings or whatever it is you're into. So I am going to go with the basic - cheddar cheese, salsa, onion, and then some cream. And then to the soft one, which is going to be pretty much the same thing. It's just soft for those who prefer the soft tacos. And then a little corn, salsa, of course. As you can see salsa goes with just about everything Mexican, so does cheddar, solid cream. So we'll wrap those up. Wrap up these. And there's your Taco.

Les Sauray: Soft Taco, Hard Taco.

Greg Dumorne: The Real Deal's Tacos, Tacos, and more Tacos. Enjoy.

Les Sauray: And next, we are going to do one last thing. We are going to make some drinks.

Greg Dumorne: It's a long day, so we are going to with some Margaritas.

Les Sauray: Margaritas.
