Host: What things should I consider when selecting a reception site?
Kay Williams: Well, you should consider your location, and how far it is from your chapel; where you are getting married at. How far is it from your guest's hotel. If your guests come out of town, where are they staying at? How far is it from your vendors, your floral arranger, your caterer? You need to pay attention to the area so that everyone can get there on a timely fashion, and that's why it's important to really, really define where you want to have your reception.
