With over 12 years of stamping and craft experience, I've learned that one thing is for certain...there is always something new to create and share. As a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I've been recognized as one of the top demonstrators of the year each of my 11 years with the company. This is attributed to my wonderful customers and exciting and talented stamping team. I also give thanks to the stamping industry's fresh art designs and products. Stamping is great for those with little time (you can create something beautiful in minutes!), for those with tight budgets (making cards saves money over buying cards), and for those of all ages. I've enjoyed demonstrating many stamping techniques to thousands of people in workshops, stamp camps, and at several conventions. It is always my desire to show something fun and new. I love to tell new stampers that I am a former tax accountant. Everyone has a level of creativity, some more than others. With stamps, anyone can create gorgeous and simple projects! I am a great model of "if I can do this, so can you." Enjoy and Have Fun!

Christina Crawford: Hi! I am Christina Crawford, I am a Stampin' Up demonstrator. I have been stamping for 12 years. This video is how to create wedding invitations on a budget. I have showed you how to do some Save the Date Cards and now I am showing you some wedding favors. Right now, I am going to show you how to embellish the little favor bag that I have just made in the previous clip with some really neat jumble brads or grommets. So what you need to get is the massive crop-a-dile, it's just a great craft tool to have. When you get this it should come with instructions on all the different things that you can do with it. On the sides you have got hole punches.

So what I have done in advance, was that I actually put my bag together and I put the whole puncher down, holding it together and I punched up the holes and you just squeeze those, just like a regular hole punch. Next, I am going to use these really cool jumble brads and pop those right inside the whole. Now, there is two different hole punches on the crop-a-dile, one is smaller than the other. So it really depends upon, which one you want. One is 3/16th of the hole and the other one is 1/8th if you need to know that, it's right there for you. Next, you need to set those because if you have never seen a brad or grommet before, they kind of stick straight up and they will fall right up. So you need to set that, and the crop-a-dile actually has this setting tool right there at the top. So what you need to do is take this down, bring it over the hole and a little stick that comes down that goes inside of your hole and once you have it, you just give it a squeeze, and it's very easy to do. You don't really need to have Popeye arms and muscles to do it, you can go ahead and squeeze that, pretty easy. So what I have are four of the grommets here, and next what I am going to do is use some -grosgrain ribbon and the grosgrain ribbon I am going to use just so happens to match the pretty paper.

So when doing favors, think about color scheme and if you are doing a wedding and it's a black and white wedding, do a black and white bag, anything can go inside the bag. Everybody likes to take a little treat home and so what you do it fit the handles is you just bring that ribbon through and you tie it into a knot and do that again on the other side. You can finish those up later, so don't worry about that right now. So pretty easy to do that, you want to make sure that your handles are about same size. So the second one is the one you really going to have measure. So far all you are doing is just creating little knots, so that they don't pop through the hole. And when you cut your ribbon, cut it on a point. So that it threads through those holes pretty easy. And now let me make sure my handles are the same, and then I know where my knot needs to go. And then once you have that down, you can take your scissors and just finish those off.

I showed you how to make some really cute favors, some chocolate favors and so inside of this bag are some chocolate favors from the previous video clip and you can also take these little there, they are like little bubbles which are really fun to have and you can get these at the party stores and so with the same color scheme I just check some paper and taped it right around the edge. I got this idea from my friend Lorry Perch, I thought it was a fabulous idea and along with those chocolates, you can put a little bit of bubbles in there too.

Isn't that so cute? Here is what my friend Robbin did that I still remember, and she showed me how to make this box and it would go great with the beach theme and inside she put cute little cards, note cards inside. What a great favor for everybody to take home some note cards. It's low calorie, this one has a little bit more calories. So here is some cute ideas for some favors and a little bit of a demonstration with a crop-a-dile and how you can set those eyelets. So have fun making that, please watch the next clip, because I have more ideas for different wedding favors.
