Transcripts
Brian Tucci: Hey, hello everyone. My name is Brian Tucci. We are here at State of Confusion Skate Park in Baltimore, Maryland. I am here to show you today intermediate skateboard skills. The skills we are going to go over today, first being the knee slide and basically, how to safely bail out of a trick without hurting yourself. Then we will show you the drop-in. A dropping-in is basically, just rolling into a ramp very elementary move of stalls. What you are going to do once you drop-in? You are going to go to the other side; you are going to do a stall. Grind is basically moving stalls; Air is one of the more fun tricks. It's basically, just catching air.
'Disasters' is a combination of Air and a Stall and also I am going to show you everyone's favorite; the Kickflip and the Heelflip. Some of the tools you will need today are a precision skateboard, some flat ground area, knee pads and a helmet. Also, transition ramps, preferably a halfpipe or a quarter pipe. So before we begin, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have been a professional skateboarder since 1992. I skated for Circle-A skateboards in Independent Trucks. So let's get started with the knee slide.
